Company Overview: We are a reputable organization focused on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in our industrial operations. We are currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Millwright to enhance our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machinery performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems, providing effective solutions.
  • Adjust and align machinery components as necessary.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Document all maintenance activities and materials utilized.
  • Participate in shift rotations and be available for urgent repair tasks.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a millwright in an industrial environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery installation, and maintenance practices.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
