Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service through the efficient management of all customer transactions and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming each customer, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selections.
  • Ensuring that the sales floor in your designated area is well-stocked and adheres to merchandising standards based on specified criteria (color, size, and category).
  • Following standard operating procedures for all customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns as directed by management.
  • Engaging with customers to utilize suggestive selling techniques that facilitate product recommendations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all product information, current promotions, and advertisements.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of fitting room areas, including returning merchandise to the sales floor as necessary.
    Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to lift and manage merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift throughout the majority of your shift.
  • Proficient use of hands and fingers to handle objects or tools and reach with hands and arms.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Accurate completion of all written documentation as required by management.
