About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' behavioral strengths and needs, and develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support their growth and development.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and supervision to Behavior Consultants, and lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior support plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data to inform behavior support plans, and develop systems to track progress and measure outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, school districts, and community partners to ensure seamless coordination of services and support.
  • Professional Development: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to employees pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification.
