About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Aide at Metropolitan Jewish Health System, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.

We are seeking an individual who is responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in housekeeping or a related field and be familiar with cleaning equipment and chemicals.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning assignments, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces and fixtures. You will also be required to fill dispensers, dispose of trash and bio-waste materials, and set up for resident/patient and department activities as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
  • Ability to perform routine/repetitive work

Salary and Benefits:
