Clinical Care Technician, Nursing Mother/Baby Specialist

We are seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health, specifically in our Nursing Mother/Baby Unit at our New Brunswick Facility.
About the Role:- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care, including taking vital signs, EKGs, and performing phlebotomy.
- Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service.
- Communicate effectively with patients and nursing colleagues regarding the status of patient care.
- Participate in collaboration of patient care plans from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) through American Heart Association.
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Certified nursing assistant preferred.
Evening Shift, 16 hours per week, 3p-11:30p, includes every other weekend and holidays.
