Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Mother/Baby Unit at Mount Sinai Health System. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to new mothers and their babies, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in maternal and neonatal care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- One year of experience in maternal and neonatal care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
