Product Manager

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Strategy Transaction group in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to collect requirements to build data, analytics, and AI solutions. You will analyze the gathered information to understand the underlying needs of the business and define the problem clearly and propose data, analytics, and AI solutions that align with the business's strategic objectives. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, the product owner, and the technical team to ensure that there is a mutual understanding of the requirements and the proposed solutions. You will manage and communicate business requirements to the product owner and development team and check that the solutions developed meet these requirements. You will develop initial budget for proposed solutions while developing and maintaining the long-term product roadmap for each solution. You will conduct competitive research on data, analytics, and AI solutions in the deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to collect requirements to build data, analytics, and AI solutions

- Minimum eight years of recent experience as a product manager or product owner
- Familiarity with deal advisory, mergers and acquisition, or corporate strategy desired
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, and more); understanding of basic IT principles and the ability to work closely with technology solutions
- Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and developing work estimates and budgets
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
