Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in Revit (preferred 5 years of experience).
  • Experience in industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and Excel. Experience in new and emerging software a plus.
  • Proficiency in hand sketching.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Flourishes in a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor of Architecture, or related degree, or higher. A degree is not a requirement, please don't hesitate to apply and include any relevant work experience—we are happy to see if there is a way for you to fit into our team.
  • Construction Administration experience on a Mixed-Use or High-Rise project.
  • Proficiency with Architectural project management software (preferably Newforma).
  • Experience with Deltek.

  • Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000+
  • Participation in 401k + Employer Contribution and end of year Profit-Sharing (Varies Yearly, subject to change).
