  • Lead technology projects from initial proposal through to completion.

  • Maintain continuous awareness of project status and report to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance standards while ensuring thorough documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or consulting within the IT sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least one industry-recognized certification is required (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects related to cloud migration, enterprise software, emerging technologies, IoT, networking, or similar technical initiatives.
  • Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Trello, Jira, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to convey technical solutions and concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent deadlines effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on the broader objectives and success of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
