Position Overview:
C&E Pharmacy Services, LLC dba Trinity Recruits is in search of seasoned Critical Care Nurse Practitioners or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide exceptional care in Intensive Care Units and other critical care areas. This role is pivotal in delivering healthcare services to a diverse patient population, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care within the scope of practice as defined by the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients in critical condition.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in health status promptly.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure quality care.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of five years of relevant nursing experience, including at least one year in a critical care setting.
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility in shift assignments, with potential day, evening, and night shifts available. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
Additional Information:
All candidates will undergo a background check and may be required to participate in health screenings as part of the hiring process. Participation in vaccination programs may also be a requirement.
