Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intake and develop comprehensive assessments for new participants.
  • Develop and implement systems to guarantee the quality and efficiency of casework services.
  • Ensure staff identify client needs, provide referrals, and follow up with resources to promote successful achievement of service plan goals.
  • Review and document assessments, service plans, and client interactions.
  • Supervise service staff and ensure clear, concise, and professional interventions.
  • Build collaboration with community service providers and maintain required documentation.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
  • Identify program needs and make recommendations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) with 3 years of relevant experience and supervisory experience. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends as needed. Excellent writing skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, and database management are required.
