Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves performing mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, leak testing, and operating hand and power tools.

About the Role

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies with high precision and accuracy
  • Conducting leak tests to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operating hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Reading and interpreting work instructions to ensure accurate completion of tasks
  • Collaborating with management and team members to maintain effective communication on the production floor
  • Performing standard testing and minor troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Requirements

To be successful as an Assembly Technician, you should possess:

  • Related experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training
  • Cable and harness assembly experience is a plus
  • The ability to read and interpret written information and follow directions
  • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic and repetitive assembly operations
  • General knowledge of operating hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
