  • Ensure compliance with store managers' agreements and communicate any challenges to the Mondelēz management team.
  • Follow the daily route plan provided by the operations team to deliver efficient in-store service.
  • Act as a representative of Mondelēz International, collaborating closely with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
  • Support seasonal sales initiatives, promotional displays, and new product introductions.
  • Check in and out with store management.
  • Monitor any issues related to sales representatives while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license along with proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel to various store locations using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • This role demands physical stamina in a fast-paced environment, including:
    • Repetitive motions and prolonged standing.
    • Handling top stock and back stock, including moving carts and pallets.
    • Building and dismantling displays, as well as merchandising products on shelves.
    • Physical activities such as pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and carrying items weighing between 25 lbs. and 50 lbs.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from the primary location and be available to visit secondary locations as needed.
  • Experience in grocery and/or retail merchandising, sales, and management is essential.
  • Availability for morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts, starting at 7 am.
