Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage patient flow and registration process
    • Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
    • Process patient intake forms and schedules follow-up appointments

  • Patient Care
    • Assist patients with medical forms and paperwork
    • Take and record patient vitals
    • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

    • Manage electronic medical records and maintain accurate patient data

Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience
    • One year of experience in a medical office setting required
    • Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software preferred
  • Skills
