Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Stride's identity governance, management, and privileged access management technologies. The successful candidate will ensure that identity and access systems are secure, efficient, and integrated seamlessly within the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce IAM, IGA, and PAM policies
  • Troubleshoot related issues
  • Support IAM and PAM projects
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of experience in identity & access management, user administration, or security compliance
  • Documented experience and a solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, credential management, role-based access, and identity governance
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience, including prior relevant military service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience with identity management & administration tools and practices
  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Identity Management systems
  • Prior experience with SailPoint, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Workday
