The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional member experiences at our fitness clubs. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and manage a team to achieve financial targets and maintain high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Promotion
    • Support the General Manager in achieving financial goals and driving revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and personal training programs.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for members.
  • Managerial
    • Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals to achieve sales and operational targets.
    • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Implement and support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and membership growth.
  • Operations
    • Ensure the club meets high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
    • Manage inventory and maintenance parts to ensure optimal club operations.
    • Process and submit payroll and track completion of opening/closing checklists and other operational tasks.
