Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cardiopulmonary Specialist to join our team at Avera St Anthony's Hospital.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing cardiopulmonary conditions in patients of all ages. This includes administering oxygen therapy, managing ventilators, and providing high-quality patient care alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Administer oxygen therapy and manage ventilators as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Prioritize efficient workflow and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Respiratory Care or related field preferred.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification required.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Nebraska required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications within specified time frames.
