Critical Care Specialist

Avera St Anthony's Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to address respiratory conditions, ensuring optimal cardiopulmonary care for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.
- Demonstrate expertise in all modalities of respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time opportunity with a variable days schedule, offering 9 or 12 hour shifts and 72 hours every 2 weeks.
- The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care, along with relevant experience and certifications, including CRT and BLS.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary range for this position is between $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.

Certifications and Qualifications:
- CRT certification required; RRT preferred.
- BLS certification required within 30 days; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within 6 months.
