As an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining various electromechanical process equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine preventive maintenance, calibrating, and repairing production machinery.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and verbal instructions to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
  • Calibrating production machinery and maintaining accurate records of data.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Keeping precise PM and calibration documentation.
  • Updating PM and Calibration specifications to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Engineering to address and resolve complex equipment challenges and documenting corrective measures.
  • Establishing necessary preventive maintenance and calibration procedures and drafting relevant specifications.
  • Identifying and implementing modifications to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Working alongside Engineering and facilities teams to integrate new equipment.
  • Prioritizing safety and cleanliness in all job functions.
  • Participating as a member of cross-functional project teams as needed.
  • Understanding and adhering to workplace safety regulations.
  • Performing additional related duties as assigned.
