**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of site development, grading, storm water, and utility design.

  • Design and draft civil engineering land development projects.
  • Develop site plans, grading, storm water, and utility designs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct storm drainage design.
  • Handle erosion and sedimentation control, storm water regulations, and NPDES permitting.
  • Perform resident observation and/or construction inspections.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations is also essential.

In addition, experience with erosion and sedimentation control and understanding of storm water regulations and NPDES permitting is highly valued.

A minimum of 0-5 years of relevant experience is required.
