**Job Description:** Gibson & Heatherington Luxury Properties is seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a strong understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on equipment and systems, inspecting properties regularly to ensure they meet safety standards, and developing and executing preventative maintenance measures.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation
