Job Description: Equipment Technician Position

Gibson & Heatherington Luxury Properties seeks an experienced Equipment Technician to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our properties by conducting routine maintenance on equipment and systems, inspecting buildings for damage, and performing repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring.
* Inspect buildings for structural damage, including windows, doors, and walls, and perform necessary repairs.
* Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and equipment servicing schedules.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks and ensure efficient equipment operation.
* Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
* Strong understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
