Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for a trust handling several large properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in general accounting, AP, or AR, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

* Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
* Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
* Deposit rents and post payments
* Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff

Preferred Qualifications

* General Accounting, AP, or AR experience
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous Real Estate Experience a Plus
