Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, and disease using evidence-based practices and modalities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain their functional abilities and return to work safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Conduct functional capacity evaluations and work hardening programs to help patients return to work and maintain their productivity.
- Provide education and consultation to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy services and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Experience with work hardening, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomics is highly desirable.
