Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Gundersen Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping children and teens develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat individuals with disabilities, injuries, and disease using appropriate modalities and treatment techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized intervention and education to patients and their families.
- Complete documentation within established department standards to ensure effective patient care and proper reimbursement.
- Participate in departmental and multidisciplinary review of process, treatment, or systems issues for Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Pursue relevant educational opportunities to maintain or enhance professional knowledge and meet departmental needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a health-related field.
- Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
- Passion for working with pediatric population.
- Ideal candidate will have pediatric OT experience, including pediatric-sensory, feeding, and ADLs.
