Longterm Health Management Service is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team at one of our facilities in the Columbus, OH area.

This is an hourly position that offers a great team, competitive wages, and outstanding benefits.

As Maintenance Director, you will:

  • Oversee the maintenance team and provide dependable maintenance services to ensure the facility's equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition.
  • Present a professional image to all customers and take a proactive approach by providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
  • Collaborate with the facility's Administrator and network with individuals at our other Ohio facilities and at the corporate office for technical input and guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 3 to 5 years related experience.
  • Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years prior management/supervisory experience.
