Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from design development to construction, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Develop and implement innovative transportation solutions that prioritize sustainability and community livability
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver projects that meet the needs of all users, regardless of age, ability, or background
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering license in MA
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 15 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on transportation infrastructure and design management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GEOPAK
