Job Title: Sr Contract Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at CosmoProf. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating agreements with suppliers, managing contracts, and providing support to the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate agreements with suppliers, including NDA, MSA, SOW, and other structure agreements.
2. Manage contracts, including expiring documents, terms, and agreements.
3. Provide support to the procurement team, including conducting RFI/RFQ/RFP's and identifying opportunities to bid on services, materials, or commodity requirements.
4. Review and evaluate spend, and proactively seek potential new suppliers or vendor consolidation opportunities to encourage competition that results in best value and cost opportunities for the business.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent with related experience and/or training.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements, and managing onboarding suppliers and the RFP procurement process.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments and various levels of management.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal, to influence business partners, cross-functional teams, and all levels of personnel.

Working Conditions:
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles.
The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary, with some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, and using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc.
