Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, particularly the Chief Financial Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready and available.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle expense reports and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and prepare briefing materials for executive meetings and presentations.
- Provide in-office support on a regular basis, ensuring availability for urgent matters.
- Engage with senior management to facilitate effective communication and information flow.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in providing administrative support at the executive level.
- Proficient in a variety of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
