Job Summary

As a Nurse Field Supervisor with Visiting Nurse Service of New York, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who can provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to our team of Home Health Aides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing clinical visits to patients' homes to assess their needs and provide training and support to Home Health Aides.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical care team to ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and any changes to their condition.
  • Orient and supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in a home care setting.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
