Job Overview

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Artist to join our Digital Cinema team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2D and 3D motion graphics and visual effects, with a good understanding of technical aspects of creative processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating localized motion graphics and visual effects for feature and trailer projects, working closely with our graphics teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of video resolution, formats, and technical specs, as well as strong typographic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D and 3D localized motion graphics and visual effects to high level of finish for feature and trailer projects
  • Work closely with graphics teams to deliver accurate assets on time
  • Abide by company security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Maxon Cinema 4D, and associated technologies
  • Nuke working knowledge a plus
  • Good 2D and 3D tracking, match moving, compositing, and VFX skills
  • Good understanding of video resolution, formats, and technical specs
  • Strong typographic skills essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of principles of colour science
  • Team player and able to manage workflow across different simultaneous projects
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach, with ability to think outside the box
  • Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks
  • Creative and proactive attitude

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and post-production studio environments
  • Previous experience creating localized graphics an advantage
  • University or college degree
