Job Overview:
Randstad US is partnering with a leading property & casualty insurance company to find an Associate Adjuster for their Auto team in Michigan. This is a temp to hire position, offering a chance to develop skills and advance in a collaborative environment that fosters growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and settle non-complex claims, reviewing electronic files for completeness and following procedures for missing information.
- Make outbound calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction and responding professionally to meet customers' needs.
- Develop expertise in coverages, claim processing, and related data systems, handling claims without liability, damages, or coverage issues.
- Obtain necessary information from insured, advising them on course of action and recording details in the company's network.
- Interpret caller inquiries, offer options, and set up reserves for level 1 claims, confirming next steps with insured and collecting required information.

What You'll Need:
- 1 year of experience
- Experienced level
