We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at PruittHealth. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

About the Role

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing direct care to our residents. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the medical team
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
Requirements
  • Active, current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
