Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional patient care in our Observation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating unit staffing, implementing clinical objectives, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and direct nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
  • Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff.
  • Assess daily patient care needs and develop patient care assignments.
  • Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to patient care complaints and manage through established channels.
  • May provide input for hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required.
  • 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
