The Swift Group is in search of a skilled Systems Administrator 2 to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support for our information technology (IT) infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing various processes related to IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily operational support for IT systems.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and monitoring of systems.
  • Manage and maintain servers, storage solutions, and network configurations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role.
  • A technical Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Alternatively, five (5) years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, totaling 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.

Security Requirements:

  • A valid government security clearance, along with a background investigation and polygraph, is mandatory.
