Job Overview:
The primary responsibility is to clean and prepare guest rooms to meet established cleanliness standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize cleaning supplies and maintain cleanliness in storerooms.
  • Clean windows, doors, walls, and fixtures in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock room amenities and ensure adequate supplies for guests.
  • Wash hard floor areas and dust all furniture and fixtures.
  • Strip beds and remake them with fresh linens.
  • Inspect and maintain room equipment for proper functioning.
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: None necessary.
Knowledge/Skills:
Basic understanding of cleaning principles and equipment operation is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively is essential.

Physical Demands:
The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing and pulling equipment, and working in various physical conditions throughout the shift.

Work Environment:
Expect prolonged physical activity in a climate-controlled environment, with some exposure to heat and humidity in laundry areas.
