Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships to influence long-term strategic objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Engage with client organizations through both tactical and strategic initiatives to effectively position Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS solutions.
  • Collaborate with both technical and business teams, including Director and CxO levels, to foster and maintain relationships.
  • Serve as a client advocate throughout their lifecycle with DoiT International.
  • Provide technical insights and guidance to existing DoiT clients as part of the Account Management Team.
  • Utilize the DoiT Engineering team to address clients' technical challenges.
  • Assist clients with cost optimization strategies (e.g., FinOps), architectural assessments, and security evaluations.
  • Identify new avenues for client growth, including additional workloads, technologies, and consultancy services.
  • Build and sustain relationships with cloud partners (GCP/AWS/Azure) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate internally at DoiT to discover methods for delivering proactive value and innovation to clients.
  • Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role within a cloud computing context.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology companies, with a minimum of 2 years in cloud services, specifically with AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with FinOps and related tools is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently and establish trust with technology firms.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to understand and engage with emerging technologies and methodologies in the cloud sector.
  • Strong presentation skills and confident public speaking abilities.
  • Capability to rapidly develop proofs-of-concept and technical demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public Cloud Certifications across multiple platforms.
  • FinOps Certifications.
