Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized scales for incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accurate weight measurements and documentation.
  • Log and record all transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed, providing a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties, including filing, documentation, and organization, to support the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.
  • Assist with accounting and customer billing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of our team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and document transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
