Job Description

Ausland Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage our commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reasonable driving record.
  • CPR/AED certificate and 30-hour OSHA training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
