Clerical Assistant Manager

Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This role will provide administrative support to management, including clerical duties, purchasing, and employee benefits administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- From handwritten drafts or verbal instructions, prepare a variety of letters, memos, forms, and reports.
- Prepare and place purchase orders, maintaining petty cash accounts.
- Administer employee benefits, answering employee questions, and processing forms.
- Use office machines such as personal computers, typewriters, adding machines, calculators, photocopiers, and other standard equipment.
- Screen telephone calls, incoming mail, publications, and other correspondence.
- Collect information needed by managers for conferences, reports, and projects.
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for managers and staff as required.
- Coordinate arrangements for managers' meetings.
Qualification Requirements:
- Associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and present information.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
