Responsibilities:
- Inventory management: Ensure clinical areas are well-stocked and patient care areas are clean and ready for patients.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional support to patients, families, and colleagues, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply chain management: Order and obtain necessary supplies, restock, and monitor expiration dates to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Clinical area maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness of patient/clinic rooms.
- Quality assurance: Perform low-level disinfection and quality checks on point-of-care testing machines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; experience with customer service preferred.
- Able to function in a fast-paced work environment with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment to ensure proficiency in lifesaving techniques.
