About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to support our field leadership team in managing multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and quality of our programs, while also providing exceptional support to our Area Managers and program staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Support
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to program staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
    • Audit and coach staff to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Support the Area Manager's plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during our programs.
  • Operational Support
    • Develop strong relationships with school administrators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate educational electives programs for assigned areas.
    • Review and analyze data to inform program decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support
    • Meet and report regularly with the Area Manager on program performance and progress.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports.
    • Administer first aid when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Ability to travel up to 100% of the workday and spend up to 100% of the workday performing program duties.
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications
    • First Aid and CPR certification required.
