In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our members, setting the stage for outstanding experiences. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing administrative tasks as required. Your enthusiasm for health and fitness will shine through as you create positive interactions.


Working Hours: Your schedule will be from 4 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Warmly welcome members, potential members, and guests
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and effectively address issues
  • Adhere to gym protocols and procedures
  • Uphold facility rules and ensure a clean and safe environment
