Activities Assistant Job Description

Clay Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting a variety of activities for our residents, including socialization and community engagement initiatives. They will work closely with our trained personnel to encourage resident participation and create a positive experience.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, prior work/life experiences in a healthcare setting, and basic computer literacy. A valid state driver's license is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct activities for residents, including socialization and community engagement initiatives
