About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Clay Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a PRN Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging activities and social interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities to promote socialization and community involvement among residents
  • Work directly with residents, providing individualized activity care and services
  • Collaborate with the activities department and interdisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Utilize basic computer literacy and skills to manage activity programs and resident data

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Prior experience with related software applications
