POSITION OVERVIEW:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is in search of a Metal Fabrication Specialist for a prominent, diverse agricultural operation.

The employer seeks a candidate who is passionate about diverse welding applications and enjoys working with large machinery across various types.

The role requires the ability to perform and manage multiple welding tasks, including both repairs and the fabrication of specialized equipment utilized in agricultural settings.

Daily responsibilities may include welding aluminum in the morning, addressing irrigation repairs by midday, and transitioning to fabrication projects or repairs in the workshop later in the day.

Compensation is hourly, with overtime pay for hours exceeding 40. The average annual hours are approximately hours.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, based on your experience, background, and references.
