Customer Service Team Leader

About Us: At Burlington Stores, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Lead, you'll play a key role in driving friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer satisfaction in our stores.
Your Role: You'll lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspire and motivate associates to provide top-notch service, and ensure a customer-first focus is always top of mind. Your goal will be to deliver a consistently great experience to every customer with a high level of professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Maintain a customer-first focus and drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
- Model company core values and back-of-house standards for the receiving team.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements: This part-time position requires flexibility, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
We Offer: Competitive wage ($13 per hour), flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part-time associates may be eligible for benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
