Overview of the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. in Lexington.

About the Job:

This is a part-time regular position that requires flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspiring associates to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all customers with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Benefits and Compensation:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $13 per hour and may be eligible for benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan after one year of service. Additionally, they will have access to flexible hours and an associate discount.
