Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, greasing, cleaning, and repairing production equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and order parts needed for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including an organized parts room.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout, guarding, confined space, and fall protection.
  • Provide backup support to production, warehousing, inventory management, and shipping teams as needed.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical knowledge and skills equivalent to a vocational technical degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry, with a focus on maintenance and repair.
  • Strong communication, leadership, math, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Experience working with machine operators, equipment operators, and plant production workers.
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
