Matrimonial Lawyer Wanted for Orange County Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Matrimonial Lawyer to join our team at Elgen Staffing, a leading staffing agency in New York State.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Law, with a minimum of three years of experience in contested and uncontested divorces, custody, and support cases. The successful candidate will possess excellent client relations skills, be able to draft motions, conduct depositions, and appear in court conferences and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Draft and file motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court conferences and trials.
  • Manage files from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Possess excellent writing and courtroom skills, as well as outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a current license to practice in New York State.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PerfectLaw is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar, in good standing, and accessibility to New Jersey courts.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
